I always have difficulty to really show the feeling of the numerous of flowers on this cherry tree in photograph. It is hard to get all the flowers in focus and convey the visual impact of hundreds of flowers blooming at the same time.
I photographed this tree last February near our condo, when I just came back from the States. It was still early in season. Some area in Taiwan of higher altitude, the flowers only come into full bloom in March.

Beautiful! We have what's called "Flowering
Cherry" trees here, similar to the Taiwan Cherry tree you show here. I love the dense flowers all over the tree--so cheery and pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Your photos of the cherry trees are lovely! Such a very pretty flower and a gorgeous color. Thank you for sharing and have a great week.
I think you have isolated the little blooms beautifully!
I just love the shot with a pink bokeh and the darker shot of the cluster - excellent!
Mine’s here: Carletta’s Captures.
The blossoms are such a beautiful colour. These are exquisite!
Oh that is beautiful!
Adorable shots. The cherry blossoms are really beautiful!
Gorgeous color, your Cherry blossoms are gorgeous!
I think it is quite impressive! And, so is your macro photography! You really captured this cherry blossom with wonderful back light...so nice.
Wonderful colour! Gorgeous!
Gorgeous flowers with beautiful colours. Have a great week
beautiful [ the picture, the color, and the composition :) ] is it spring in taiwan now? anyhow it's spring here after months and months shivering :D
I love the series of photos! You have gone from the tree as a whole, to the individual florets, and that shows all the stages of their beauty! If I had to choose a favourite, I would pick the middle one, with the single cluster in focus, but a hundred more blossoms behind it!!
What a gorgeous shade of pink!
Our weeping cherry is blooming in a pale pink right now. I am thrilled that we didn't get any frost before the buds had a chance to open. That happens some winters here.
Stunning photos! Just realize the cherry blossoms in the US tend to be lighter color than the ones in Taiwan. They must belong to different species.
