Cúrate, Bar de Tapas, Asheville, NC

Asheville was our second stop on the way down to Great Smoky Mountain.  It is the center of southern end of Blue Ridge Parkway at North Carolina and the location of Biltmore Castle.  We have been to the area and visited Biltmore Castle some 36 years ago.  By the time we got to Asheville, it was already early afternoon.  We decided to skip the tour around the countryside and the castle but go to Cúrate to have a late lunch/early dinner.

It is a spanish Tapas bar.  We had four different Spanish cheese.

In addition, three different kinds of Spanish ham and tomato covered toast.

 This is white asparagus.

This is an amazing dish, baked squid ink angel hair.
